Zumba in Acton

What is Zumba?

Zumba is the original workout that started the dance-fitness movement. It combines latin-roots dance moves with a fitness twist to create the ultimate fun workout. This form of exercise also comes with a close-knit community that loves to be fit, and have fun while doing it. At its core, it is a cardio and lean muscle fitness program that is wrapped up and presented as a giant dance party!

But I can’t Dance…

You don’t need to! Our instructors have been teaching the moves for years, and they know to provide clear and simple instructions for every part of the class. Dance experience plays much less of a role in this form of fitness than you would think. We are a community of fitness and encouragement first and foremost, because of this you can feel secure in whatever level of fitness or dance experience you have.
