As a local gym, we are dedicated to providing our members with the kind of outstanding customer service they deserve. Because of this, we offer other options for those members who are not only ready to take their fitness goals to next level, but also need someone who can get them there safely.
Semi-Private Personal Training – $199 per month
Here you will work with our private trainer in a group setting. This class
meets on Monday and Friday mornings 7:00 - 8:00am.
Mondays and Wednesdays - 2:00pm, and Friday at 1:00pm
Semi-Private Group Reformer Pilates Classes
Early Morning Boot Camp – $149 per month
This class meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 – 6:30am.
Food journaling, fat testing and weekly evaluation: $199
(does not include classes or personal training)
Half Hour Sessions
1 Session - $50
8 Prepaid Sessions - $360 (Twice per week)
12 Prepaid Sessions - 480 (Three times per week)
